Individual Therapy
Adult, adolescent and child
Face to face
Sessions will last from 30 to 60 minutes in the clinic with an appointment.
telehealth
Sessions will last from 25-45 minutes via a secure HIPAA compliant telehealth platform with an appointment.
emdr
Sessions are preferably face to face and last 60 minutes in the clinic with an appointment.
Family or group therapy
Face to face
Most Family and Group sessions will be Face to Face in the clinic with an appointment. However, some circumstances could warrant one or more individuals being present via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Classes
Check out our Class schedule and sign up for any that interest you. Each will have a minimal fee and will not be billable to insurance.
